What to See and Do:-
You are welcome to walk anywhere on the farm
to see the animals and vegetables in the fields, and to look
at the ponds and woodland areas. Wildlife abounds - skylarks,
buzzards, pheasants, the brown hare - all these appreciate a
chemical-free environment.
Ugborough has a wealth of well-marked footpaths for those who
want to explore the countryside on foot. We can recommend a wide
variety of other walks in surrounding parishes through woods,
fields and by rivers. Access to Dartmoor is only 1 1/2 miles
away, and the South West Coast path and many beaches are within
8 miles.

Historic towns such as Modbury, Totnes, Kingsbridge,
Dartmouth and Salcombe are all well worth a visit. Attractions
within reach for a day trip include the Eden Project, National
Marine Aquarium,
Lost Gardens of Heligan, Woodlands Adventure Park, Pennywell
Farm, and a variety of National Trust properties.
Lunches and dinners are catered for at a huge variety of “eateries” within a few miles, many of them taking great pride in using locally sourced ingredients
